There comes a time when we realize that change is indeed a necessity and not just a want. We all need and want change but in other to make this happen, we must take the steps needed to facilitate change and this is why we are here today. Change can be viewed as a hard thing to come by especially when the norm of a community or country is adamant on the same old system and way of life. Don't get me wrong in terms of moral and principle standings. Our morals and principles should not change but should be used to guide us into the right direction for external changes that are needed in our community. For this to happen, we must first know what we stand for and then putting up the right candidates to bring forth that necessary change.
Why do we need change? How can we change why is it important, you may ask. In this case we need change for betterment. A young individual who goes by the name of Samuel Williams a.k.a Sam the Man, has decided that enough is enough and has chosen to take on the responsibility to go up as an electorate for Town Council elections for the Zicack and Chance ward in Portsmouth, Dominica.
