Schools in the Northern region of Dominica, the Nature Isle of the Caribbean, arrived at the Benjamin Park to hold the Northern Youth Rally which prepped the students as Dominica Independence is just around the corner. Dominica is about to celebrate 41 years of Independence and indeed with great strides the youth must get involved. Usually every year, the youth rally is celebrated with March passes like that of the real military parade that takes place on Independence Day in Roseau. What stood out today was none other than the Portsmouth Secondary School Students who blew the crowd away with their version of a March Pass as the saluted the public figure which represented the flag of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
