One thing that we know is important for any society to function freely and fairly to establish an equal and fair ground. As Dominica is now within its election/political season, electoral reform is what's being asked for by the citizens of Dominica. What is electoral reform you may ask? Electoral Reform is what gives the right set of people, the right to vote within a fair timeframe and thus justifies who the people want to be their next Prime Minister and this is what brings these individuals, though few in number for now, a reason to voice their concerns to the public and this is what is required for Electoral Reform. Electoral Reform has not been done since in the 90s so it is high time that this is done. 18/12/2018
