Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it a prime minister's due to ensure that a country makes money and more abundantly for it to flourish? How then are we being told by the Opposition that the figures given in our budget does not add up? Not only that but legal advisors admits that monies are missing and that is as a result of monies from CBI being placed in some external escrow account. When asked how much is in this escrow account and why aren't the citizens being made aware as to exactly how these monies, which belongs to them, are being use... they are not being told. Is this fair? I mean think about it. The government is elected by the people(both on island and outside) to do what is in the best interest of the people which means informing the people but that is not what is happening! The estimated figures are stated to be in the billions and the people, alongside the opposition leader and colleagues want to know where these monies are. A public meeting was called in the capital city of Roseau asking the Prime Minister to account for the missing billions.
